Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some strong points and weak spots. The rooms were nice and clean, but I stumbled upon a few that had an outdated and musty smell. The staff really made my stay special with their friendly and prompt service. On the downside, the location can be a bit tricky with limited taxi or Uber options, especially when we needed to head out for dinner and found some restaurants unexpectedly closed. Overall, it's a good place, but just be aware of these little hiccups.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were mostly clean and comfortable, but mine turned out to be a noisy experience. I also had some confusion with my room type, which was disappointing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially at the lounge where the service was truly exceptional. However, the dining options were limited and didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it was a decent stay but not without its issues.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has some nice aspects, it certainly has room for improvement. The spacious rooms had a beautiful balcony to enjoy the view, but cleanliness was a major issue, with stains and dust. The staff was friendly and eager to assist; however, they didn't always have the answers I needed. The location is great for outdoor activities and the rain forest, but finding quality dining nearby can be a challenge. Overall, it has potential but requires better attention to cleanliness and dining options.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is beautiful and close to outdoor activities, the rooms could use more attention to detail. The service was friendly at times, but there were issues, like staff walking in on us without knocking. Overall, it's a decent place with potential, but it definitely has its flaws.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms could use some improvement as they were not as clean as I had hoped and very noisy due to a crying baby next door. The service was remarkably friendly and helpful, especially at the lounge. I appreciated the location, being isolated yet close enough to explore the east side of the island. On the downside, I found the dining experience mixed, with some excellent meals but others that didn’t quite hit the mark. Overall, I felt the hotel was a bit expensive for what I received.
